Hi Rosella
I'm glad I could help a bit :)
About the book - a total misunderstanding from my side - so thanks for clarifying it. Keep an eye on your mail... it's on its way.
Take care!

Hello, Francis. Thank you for your wonderful response to my "woe is me" email. After you clarified about your book, I went back into the ".... Service" article for reference. That's when I noticed I could have left a comment there. Sorry I didn't see the Comment button the first time around. Anyway, at the end of this article there is a blurb "Claim your copy of my Special Report '9 Essential Tactics to Get More Clients Fast' Click the Like Button Below For Instant Access." I see now it's not a book, it's a report. So that may have thrown you off. Sorry about that. This is what I was talking about when I was saying that I was "Liking" via email.

In regards to your response, thank you for your kind words. Even though I've been told never apologize, but I also believe there are exceptions to the rule. That's a good point. They also say to wait a few days before writing or talking to someone after you're upset about something. This way your emotions are calmed down and you can think more rationally. So thank you for reminding me of that. For some reason I had forgotten all about approaching her later when I'm much more calmer. I also believe there's always away out of something, you just have to find it. Well, you proved that too. If nothing else, I feel better that I had the sense to write to you about my dilemma. You helped me find my way out. What a relief. I feel a burden lifted off my shoulders.

I look forward to your "... Report." Thank you for your time in this matter and for reading this comment. Take care. Happy Spring from Alaska! Rosella Young, AA-1 Designs, Invest in your Shelf!
